Warranty and Service
7-10 Day Turnaround
Standard service is 7-10 days upon receipt of an approved purchase order. You will be notified if additional time is required for the delivery of parts or if extensive repair is needed. Express/Rush Service is available, please contact us as additional fees may apply.
90 Day Warranty
Our service is backed by a 90 day warranty (excluding parts- parts are warrantied according to the manufacturer’s policies).
Express or On-Site Service
On-site Service is available throughout most of Southern Ontario. Please contact us for details and restrictions.
Complimentary Service Notifications
We maintain a complete database of all of our customer’s equipment for the purpose of notifying you when your instruments are due for calibration. This is a complimentary optional service.
